Summer Tip: Keep Your Leather Hydrated
While we’re all enjoying the Aussie sunshine, your leather might be feeling the heat! Summer brings two major enemies to leather: UV rays and low humidity.
The Tip: Just like your skin needs moisturiser after a day in the sun, your leather needs conditioning. High temperatures can cause natural oils to evaporate, leading to stiffness and cracking.
- Avoid the "Hot Car" trap: Try not to leave leather bags or jackets in a parked car, as temperatures can soar past 50°C, baking the leather dry.
- Quick Fix: Give your frequently used items a light application of BEST Leather Care this month to create a protective barrier against the summer heat.
